Collector Grading Services LLC Terms and Conditions Agreement
Collector Grading Services LLC (hereafter known as “CGS”) agrees to perform services as requested by customers to include, but not limited to grading cards or other items (hereafter known as “customer goods”). Customer will not hold CGS or any of its governors, employees, contractors or vendors liable for any damage, delay, loss of value (real or perceived), loss of customer goods during shipping or otherwise.
Washington state law governs the interpretation of this agreement and applies to any claims related to or arising out of this agreement, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Cowlitz County, Washington, for all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement.
If any legal action is brought against CGS, the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this agreement. Reasonable costs shall also include lost wages, vehicle milage and any costs directly related to this legal action.
By checking the terms and conditions box on CGS’ order form, you the CGS customer are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions laid out in this agreement as a condition of doing business with CGS.
